My Research Background
As part of my medical master’s thesis, I conducted an in-depth study titled “Association of Thyroid Profile, Vitamin D Levels, Lipid Profile, and Metabolic Syndrome with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in Women of Reproductive Age.” This research explored how hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic irregularities interact with PCOS and influence long-term health risks. By analyzing thyroid function, vitamin D status, cholesterol patterns, and markers of metabolic syndrome, my study highlighted the importance of early nutritional intervention in managing PCOS. This scientific foundation guides my practice today, allowing me to design evidence-based, personalized diet plans that target root causes, improve hormonal harmony, and support overall reproductive and metabolic health in women of reproductive age.
